I don't understand the people who say the staff team doesn't care about the server. How do you use your brains?. Right now, while am posting this thread, bedwars is glitched, when you try to join a quad match it sends you to an old game's map, and you can't break anything, basically it is unplayable. And I was shocked to see 6 staff members, 3 admins, 2 mods, 1 helper, and 1 trial trying to find what's wrong with the game.

The staff team is amazing, no debate. If it were not for the staff team, all the hackers playing in Bedwars would be roaming freely.
 
When was this, I never heard anything about bedwars malfunctioning lol

Hello MEF_E,

I am glad I saw this forums as I really wanted to talk about it. Here, you are saying that the staff team is really useful and works hard. I doubt anyone hates the entire staff team as I believe they work. I'm talking in the perspective of a person who some staffs.

We don't have issue with the staff team, we have with few staffs that are useful and don't help. Now please don't reply that they are busy and can't help all the time. I have said staffs many time that there are exploiters but they never care. Especially the helpers who are supposed to help us. The same staff, after few days when I did a mistake punished me almost instantly. Now, where is the justice.

I would like to share another scenario. Me and my friends were playing SkyBlock, my island members were blocking the transfer shop for which I also got kicked. I asked the trial why did you kick me, he didn't reply and went in /v. The next transfer when the trials island member were blocking non of them were kicked. Best part? The trial was on.

Because of this injustice we hate few staff member.

I understand. You need to realize that there is no perfect team, you have to have one guy who ruins everything. This is why there is something called staff feedback in the forums HERE. The staff manager himself reviews it, and also if you got falsely punished you can always appeal because, like you said, the person who punished you is a trial mod, which means he might make mistakes. Don't say the staff team is bad just because one or two guys are bad, this is a normal team here. Hope you enjoy the server more.

They are simply not worth my time. And I never said staff team is bad.
 
acctully it is better if you give a staff feedback, this way the management will keep an eye on them

I would surely vouch they were fixing the bug 😭, ahm but yeah they are amazing 🔥
