You can if u vote 7 times a day by the end of the month u can get 200 votes and claim it that time then u will have 14 days till iron expire so use ur 14 days and vote and in the end of the 14th day after u votting claim ur iron and upgrade elite from titan is possible if u want no rank to titan it will take u 1 months of u to vote to get vip and upgrade it to elite after another month and then u can upgrade to titan

I have noticed you said "Vote 5 times every day", This is untrue, A user can vote 8 times a day for 2 weeks to get VIP. This also applies to "Vip to elite rank up" 8 votes would make the entire process faster, Also, "Vip to elite rank up" is actually 2000 iron and it would require 200 votes to get. Everything else you included is authentic.

if you dont have premium you can only get 150 votes i think but its not a problem since u can still get 50 votes in under 14 days because then the iron expires
