Got banned For false system flag

I am appealing a recent 10-day ban issued automatically by CONSOLE for 'Cheating' on my account Starianz. While playing Bedwars, I was simply standing at the shop NPC purchasing blocks when I was suddenly disconnected and banned. I was not using any modified client, macros, or cheats of any kind; this ban was a false positive triggered by an automated anti-cheat flag during an inventory packet update and latency fluctuation while opening the shop interface. Because this was an automated punishment rather than a manual ban from a staff member reviewing footage, I request that you please review the console logs surrounding this flag and lift the ban so I can return to playing cleanly on the server.
