    Sometimes armour or items can bug out and turn into black stained glass panes. I think this usually happens before a server reboot, in my case, I lost my netherite helmet and chestplate before the server reboot. It turned into 12 black stained glass panes.     Map error

    Wgen i played 3v3v3v3 bedwars today i was on the orange team. I noticed that there aren't any chests in the orange base. Im talking about the map with the arab styled castles and flying carpets.

    I lost my SkyKing Pickaxe with Triumph 5 because of Captcha Check

    I using the pickaxe to harvest my crops because it had fortune 5, then suddenly this captcha thingy appeared and i have entered the code but the captcha is still in my hand replacing my pickaxe I believe the server thought I was afk mining. Please help.
