Bug with claims blocks !

I am on the survival server I won 500 claims block in a box and 250 claim block. I right click added them to my total claims blocks then 5 min after, the claims blocks removing them from me then. I lost 750 claims block,
and I don't know what to do

hey man i have screen
I have screens when I use the blocks it added them to me then it removed them

and then I can no longer use claim blocks because as soon as I use them 5 min after they are removed from my total claim blocks
