lunar, badlion or salwyrr client(salwyrr client is not available for 1.16+)for fps boosting
badlion , lunar , labymod for mods (laby mod dosen't fps boost that much on the fact that how much mod u use)
And forge for custom mods

Salwyr (idk spelling) is good
But some people say it has noslowdow hax
