2 months ago i started having sudden time out problems ( like suddenly got time out in middle of pvp ) or ( got time out when going to new warps / places )
And now 2 - 3 weeks my time out problem solved BUT EVERY TIME I TRY TO JOIN PIKA NETWORK I GET SUPER HIGH PING
examples while joining i am falling in blackness or everything is froze at one place even if i able to join i getting 500 - 1400 ping :((((((((
THIS IS ONLY HAPPENING TO ME IN PIKA NETWORK NOT IN OTHER MINECRAFT SERVERS
i tried many tricks , ways , solutions but nothing worked
WITH ALL HOPE GONE i am creating this thread so that any stuff or just anyone can able to help me with this problem

BTW i tried many ways
change dns ( google dns , cloudfare dns ) still not work
net limiter ( tried to give my all network towards the minecraft ) still not work
cdm ( ipconfig /flushdns and more commands ) still not work
updating java still not work
turning of unnessesary background still not work
AM just hopeless :(
