Hello, i won a skin crate from the level prizes and when i opened the crate i won a bow skin but it automatically redeem it to me , i wanted to sell it but it automatically redeemed it , didnt gave me the voucher as it should. Can somebody remove it from my skins and give me the voucher so i can sell it please ?

If you have faced any sort of bugs in the skin crate you may report it on fourms or by clicking HERE.
Before reporting a bug please read guidelines by clicking HERE.
Only report when you have any type of proof like any screen recording for evidence so devlopers can easily notice the bug.If you don't have any such evidence there is a higher chance your report will be Denied.
Unfortunately, you can't get your bow skin back again and you can't remove your bow skin from the bow.if you want to use your skin on your bow just do /skins and apply it on your bow.
