I need help dealing with kb

I play a lot of different servers....Mainly Hypixel, But pika is my fav cracked server so i used to play here a lot.
But After the updates I found out that the knockback of pika and hypixel is vastly different.
The pika server kb is too low..and i get disoriented switching between hypixel and pika.
Please give me some tips to deal with this.

Have you tried W spamming which resets the KB every time you hit the W button?

Have you tried blockhitting that also increase KB amount of the opponent?

this is how you do the KB try it when running and when not running you will see the difference

Yea I have....It isnt that effective

For me it is. And try S tapping then.

Sometimes it's a lag spike from you or your opponent, the kb for me is all good I don't know with you it's odd.
