This situation worries me. Staff members need to be more careful when checking reports. I've seen cases where users submit recordings of hackers but the reports get rejected because of "Insufficent evidence". It's obvious that something fishy is going on. Like people blinking or autoblocking.
The community is also getting really toxic which is a problem. I think the staff team should take a look at the tickets people submit and really think about the evidence, before making a decision. If they do a job of checking things it will be fairer and people will trust the reporting system more neglecting this wont make pika a better place.
