This situation worries me. Staff members need to be more careful when checking reports. I've seen cases where users submit recordings of hackers but the reports get rejected because of "Insufficent evidence". It's obvious that something fishy is going on. Like people blinking or autoblocking.

The community is also getting really toxic which is a problem. I think the staff team should take a look at the tickets people submit and really think about the evidence, before making a decision. If they do a job of checking things it will be fairer and people will trust the reporting system more neglecting this wont make pika a better place.

The reports are checked thoroughly by the staff members, there is specific things that the staff members look for in reports to punish someone for a particular hack, so if the evidence is too short or does not give them clear signs of hacking,it is marked as insufficient. Although you can open a support ticket to questions about your report and reason for their reply.

it is kinda dumb to deny an obvious blinker or a 40 cps non skilled autoclicker
but nothing can be done about it is all i can say

You can create a player report HERE

It will be reviewed by a Trial or a helper (it can be forwarded to a higher position too)

Anyways, blatant cheating on polar is very hard and doesn't happen, you may encounter semi / closet cheaters but they are very bad at game sense and you can beat them with a kb stick.
