Banning for mods and shaders....

Hello guys recently one of my freinds got banned by console due to cheating by console, when i enquired he said he installed a lot of mods and shaders, so i wanted to ask are some mods and shaders not allowed on pika, if yes then pls reply in this thread.

Mods which don't provide any advantages are allowed. If you can, specify the mods he used, so that I can confrim whether it is allowed or not.
Shaders should be allowed too, I don't see any problem with it.

also send what gamemode he plays, whats his ping, does he use ethernet, is it 7d ban or 1d/1h and his cps etc
