Why do I die twice sometimes?

some times when I die, i will die again "to the void" when im already in spectator mode and if i pick up the gen before the second death countdown ends, all of the items will reset leaving mewith nothing

ima try and get evidence but i have seen this happen to alot of people

Yes it's a very common issue
Caused due to lag
It is under the process of being fixed i think
