I was waiting for mine about 3 months, then I specifically said to an admin that I want it denied, and they allowed the name change, then I made a support ticket and they changed it back in about 2 days.

You need to make an help&Support ticket.
As I think you tried to change it from your profile which doesn't do anything.
Conclusion : Make an ticket in help&support and it most likely will get viewed and replied within 1+ days.
