un specified rule (?)

hello , @JustThiemo told us that helping an ally when they getting raided is against the faction rules and it will get us 2 strikes, i want to know if thats an actual rule cause i can not see it in /f warns, also whats the point of having an ally if they cant help or we cant help them?
