so i was in gen pvp farming and got banned for ,,cheating''' for 7 days when i came back (5 mins ago) i checked my stats i had 230M and lvl 16 now im lvl 1 and 100 dollars why? and is there anyway to get my stats or its a glitch

Are you sure you didn't get banned for Boosting or something? As those can sometimes involve a stats reset. I'd also recommend checking if you're logged in onto the same account.

yes im sure it said got banned for ,,cheating" and by console for a week thats all
