Razer Turbo Click

Hi I've heard many player use the razer turbo click a feature found in the razer mouse software which makes holding a click act as if you are spamming it, players can get up to 100 cps (confirmed) but this crashes the game. Though lower numbers such as 20 cps on right click aren't kicking players. I would like to ask if this is bannable or considered a macro, I don't use it personally but I do know some people who use it I've tried explaining to them countless times that this probably is bannable, so I would like to get an official answer from some admin or mod
