Prison experience thus far

Just want to comment on my perspective and the Pika experience thus far. I main the game-mode Prison, so as you may figure out, it consumes most of your time trying to grind for upgrades on your pickaxe, blocks backpack, and key backpack. So to have it all suddenly vanish was hard for me to believe. After the incident had elapsed, I reported it as a bug. And I feel as though it is being brushed as a trifling matter. Luckily, I have a friend called Gexrge in-game who is going to help me restore my lost items. But just to clarify if It was someone else who experienced this they would be walloping in sorrow and disbelief because no one will help them even the mods/staff. I'm keen to believe this will happen to someone else because if it happened to me. Still no reply/ acknowledgement for a gesture of help from staff. Oh well, I guess. I guess I'm going to start from new.
