Definition of facts varies from person to person.
I could easily deduce what was being conveyed just be reading first line so considered it as facts.

Try to give examples/reasonings of why you believe the knockback is not your liking. I would suggest making a video and pointing out what you think should be update/revamped.

Knockback is too late on pika at practice as well as at Skywars and bedwars this problem should fix as soon as possible.... We Hope For The Best

If you grind skywars use bonk kit, I myself use bonk lvl 3 and its good also make sure to combo, sword switch and have most importantly have chestplate.
