Pickaxe disappeared Urgent help

I NEED MODERATOR ASSISTANCE. My pickaxe disappeared while I was mining it wasn't dropped or anything it disappeared. It was a p2 pick with max enchants and facility 2 the name was "insane explosive pickaxe" please help me retrieve it the server took it from me

The time it was lost was 6am - 6:40am EST. This occured in the p100 mine while I was talking to a player with the name of pd06.

How could I have taken pictures or videos when It disappeared I was an ordinary player not expecting my 4 week progress to disappear

Unless you don't have sufficient proof of it disappearing the staff cannot do anything about it.

Do you hear yourself? Now that I've spent the extra days to progress back due to terrible staff service I do not argue to this post anymore but there couldn't be any other evidence a average person could've had

Yes, how would staffs know that you aren't lying?
That's why proofs are needed. If you don't have any then you have to face the truth that you will not going to get your pickaxe back.
And there's no way you think pika keeps track of everyone's inventory log.
