Perm banned for hacking? How??!?

Hello, how did i get permanent ban in OP Prison? I didn't even used any hacks that destroy the server rules..
Well, i use minimap mod, but i adjusted the settings that matched the agreement. (Can be found here: http://pika-network.net/threads/approved-modifications.825/)

I was wondering, why I got banned for hacking (using kill aura), I don't even do that. I dont even join in PvP Sessions because all I do there is Mine, Sell, Customize house, Make progress for the construction for my OP Shop, then repeat.
Is this a mistake or what?
