Need Refund

So, I was kitpvp and I bought a omega kit voucher from the auction for 10k in game money and upon claiming it showed me a message that "This voucher was already been used" how can it happen when i just bought it ?? i searched everywhere but could not find the kit .. i want the refund but i don't know where to ask so posting this in forum.

Unfortunately this is a common occurrence in kitpvp, and nothing can be done about it since scamming is allowed on that gamemode.

I lost like 50k because of that don't buy omega kits you should buy them when they are redeemed that way it can't be bugged
