Mob Spawner mining before a raid

Most of proper servers have it disallowed but again pika doesn't. Rules regarding Factions and OP Factions aren't well defined and they are lacking lot of rules which would need to get added.
As an example I will write some:
-mining spawners when getting raided should be disallowed
-only 1 faction should raid a base(not more), so faction which has a cannon and starts shooting at a base should be only faction there, so lets say, no teaming in raids(one time there were 4 or 5 diff factions raiding us, they failed as we patched and countered but we were massively outnumbered)

Outscale recently made a suggestion on the next OP-Factions reset listing some things he believes should be added. https://pika-network.net/threads/opfaction-reset-suggestions.102220/
He also added how mining spawners should be disallowed, as should having more than 1 faction raid with you.
