He is scamming with little house,there is signs "Free beacon" and last sign is buying sign if you right click there you buy cobblestone.I have proof video too i show there that house

Scamming is allowed (sorry for repeating the answer) but its a bit annoying and scammers always get hated by all the players.

LESSON:Scamming isn't really beneficial unless you are looking for trouble and "roastings".
