I can not talk in chat

Hello I wanted to make a complaint already right from the beginning I bought a vip more can not talk in chat says that this message can not be sent What do I do.I also can not put my colorful name

I guess the problem is in the nickname. Someone is using the same nickname as you. Or you have a nickname of a other playername. Change your name with /nick <nickname you want> to get a new nickname. This will fix also the "cannot send this message" problem

I've had this problem aswell, minecraft sometimes glitches and changes your multiplayer settings. When you go into your multiplayer setting / chat settings, the chat should be on off/commands only. Change that and it should be working.

The way @Halsey described is correct - this is not server-sided issue.

You need to switch the setting in "Chat settings" to allow messages to be sent.
