Gradient chat colour bug

I bought gradient chat colour from a player called Ebad and i rolled it and i got berry blast chat color and when i claimed it i checked /chatcolors and i saw it is not unlocked and i rejoined and still shows the same so please fix this bug

Unfortunately if you don't have any Evidence of you claming the chatcolor and it not working the item lost cannot be refunded and I am pretty sure when this happens the bug report is always said to be invalid because that only happens sometimes not always so they think you are doing it false to get that thing

I said the different thing??? I said it cant be refunded and i said making bug report wont do anything where as you told him to make a bug report he defienetly doesnt have a evidence as he didnt upload it here if he had he would have uploaded it here

at least i didnt gave a bug report link that like 10 people does,,, i just checked your activity you just tell people to make bug reports rather than actually giving them a solution most people know they can do that but they either want a solution
