Donator ranks removed?

Hi, the last time I've played was on october 2017. I logged in today, and realized that my ranks and OP picks that I've bought are gone, my free rank is reset to A as well. I need mod help! I have proof of purchase as well.

the reason for your reset to A is, that Pika-Network accounts are unregistered after 6 months of inactivity. We do not refund IG ranks which aren't donator ranks. Please lock this Thread @CPT_ARCHER.
