Donator rank in discord

hello everyone i hope your having a great day but I have a problem and i don't know how to reach staff to tell them the problem.
So i bought skylegend in OP skyblock and pro rank in OP factions and some keys in OP skyblock and i don't have donator rank in discord server
my IGN(in game name) is Potentialic and on discord i am Pot
so please if anyone could tell me what to do thank you and take care
