So today i opened Fantasy crates, and wonn rank box, fairy wand and fly voucher. But i didnt get them in inventory. Same happened to my friend. Very stupid bug. If u fix it please check logs and u will see that i got that stuff.

You need proof or make a bug report. You most likely just had a full inventory and dropped them on the ground.
