Banning me for bug

I didn't know that it was a bug abuse my friend said that it is usefull and it will help you to repair your armor in mid fight so
I repaired it in mid fight by using /repair all . it was a bug in op prision. before the bug we can only repair our armor in the safe zone or spawn. My friend told me that its a trick so i followed his words and i used it once and i didnt know really im sorry i wont do that again in my life.

And mainly, it was not only just me everyone was using that bug i swear to god

Its management mistake they should have fixed this bug. its been like 2 weeks since this bug occurred

Bug abuse does count as exploiting. It does not really matter if everyone was using it or only you, either way, it affects gameplay experience, and a gamemode where everyone exploits bugs has no meaning. Moreover, it is your responsibility to be aware about the rules. Lack of knowledge about the rules does not exempt you from the consequences of breaking them. Friends saying something is allowed does not mean you should always listen to them, verifying from official threads and articles is the best option.

Server management also has no mistake in this, since bugs are not made intentionally, and it is the player's responsibility to report them instead of abusing it for their own personal benefit.
