Related To a Rank Bug(not reporting)

Hey there!
I just wanted to ask if anyone else on the server has faced a weird issue in which their seasonal ranks and perks (such as /fly) were removed without notice after the supposed "network issue" occurred. I want to know if anyone else faced this issue as well or not, or is it just an isolated case.

In my instance, i redeemed a seasonal skylegend rank which i was gifted by another player who got it from crates before the "network issue" event happened.
I waited for 2 days for things to settle down and after joining, i came across this bug(or whatever shenanigan this is) and also noticed that my teammate faced this same issue.

One weird thing about this bug in my case is that when i owned the rank, i made a color coded nickname since i had the permissions to do so(provided by the rank), and for some weird reason I am still able to keep my nickname color coded even though i never redeemed a nick voucher on this server nor I have the rank anymore (lol ig?). Hence, I would like to know other people's instances as well (if any). I would like to read them and share my thoughts!

Hey @TushWasTaken!

When the network breach happened, many different systems was affected including databases. Your rank, permissions, and most things are stored in a plugin called LuckPerms - this syncs up to the databases. So when the network got repaired, I believe they restored the databases to an earlier backup so anything redeemed after that backup was lost.

As for your nick staying the same colour, this is stored via player data instead of a database. Player data was not effected during network issue, it was mainly databases so I don't believe these was restored.
