As far as I'm aware, the guide that @TsT_AnkushGaming sent is updated, if it ever becomes outdated I can make an updated one.

Obtaining the ranks is just through getting the ranks from free iron obtained through voting, or purchasing gold on the store. I don't necessarily think a new guide is needed for that.
