Suggestion:
Add an "Enchants" Toggle to /settings

Detailed description:
I’d like to suggest adding a new “Enchants” option to /settings that allows players to enable or disable Enchant-related notifications.

These notifications can appear frequently when there are many active players progressing their Enchants. While some players may find these announcements useful or interesting, others may find them unnecessary, distracting, or simply annoying, especially when several notifications appear within a short period of time.

The solution would be to add a simple toggle under /settings.
Enchants Notifications: Enabled / Disabled.

When enabled, the player would continue receiving all Enchant-related notifications normally.

When disabled, the player would no longer receive Enchant Prestige notifications in their chat.

This would not remove or disable the notifications globally. It would only control whether the individual player wants to see them, allowing everyone to customize their chat experience according to their preference.

Reason(s):
1. The notifications can become very repetitive

On active servers, players can prestige their Enchants frequently. This can result in the same type of notification appearing over and over again.

For example:

Enchants: <Player> has prestiged their <Enchant> to Level 10
Enchants: <Player> has prestiged their <Enchant> to Level 15
Enchants: <Player> has prestiged their <Enchant> to Level 8
Enchants: <Player> has prestiged their <Enchant> to Level 11

When this happens frequently, it can fill the chat with notifications that a player may not be interested in.

2. Players have different preferences
Some players may enjoy seeing other players' Enchant progress and want to keep these notifications enabled.

However, other players may only care about gameplay-related messages, private messages, events, or other important server announcements.

A toggle would allow both types of players to have the experience they prefer.

3. It would reduce unnecessary chat spam

Enchant Prestige notifications can contribute to chat becoming cluttered, especially during periods when many players are actively progressing their Enchants.

Giving players the option to hide these messages would make chat cleaner without actually removing the feature.

4. It is better than removing the notifications entirely

the notifications could remain exactly as they are, while players who don't want to see them can simply disable them.

This means players who like the notifications don't lose anything, while players who dislike them can easily hide them.

Example(s):
1 — Notifications Enabled
A player has:

Enchants Notifications: Enabled

They would continue seeing messages such as:
Enchants: Steve has prestiged their Fortune to Level 25.
Enchants: Alex has prestiged their Efficiency to Level 18.
Nothing would change for players who want to see these messages.

2- Notifications Disabled
A player has:
Enchants Notifications: OFF
When another player prestiges an Enchant, they would not receive:
Enchants: Steve has prestiged their Fortune to Level 25.
The notification would simply be hidden from that player.
