umm, this is not a appeal request because i know the ban in discord server was deserved but i just want to share what happened: There was a guy who bought a premium account 4 days ago and wasn't able to vote in the 7th link as mostly premium players can vote on that... The items lost in bugs are never refunded sadly... Even i have lost alot of stuffs due to bugs like my ENTIRE playervault getting cleared like 3 player vault that had alot of kits and even a maximus set- bestproplay2

Unfortunately The seasonal vouchers are bugged as mentioned in here by some random guy: Don't craft seasonal vouchers ... They are being fixed dont worry and you can create a bug report Here There is low chance of the items being refunded. Also you can make a ticket in the Discord Server- bestproplay2

at least i didnt gave a bug report link that like 10 people does,,, i just checked your activity you just tell people to make bug reports rather than actually giving them a solution most people know they can do that but they either want a solution- bestproplay2

Unfortunately if you don't have any Evidence of you claming the chatcolor and it not working the item lost cannot be refunded and I am pretty sure when this happens the bug report is always said to be invalid because that only happens sometimes not always so they think you are doing it false to...- bestproplay2

get 1 iron ingot either buy it from /shop or mine it then go to your island buy 10 planks make crafting table with 4 then craft the shield as the recipe and there we go... You will loose items if you go to pvp zone where item drop is enabled and you are in passive mode no one can kill you...- bestproplay2
