Sentinel Voucher not working?

Hello. I just got a sentinel voucher from the lapis mine shop and i used it but it said voucher not registered or read. Is there a way that i can get the lapis back or the voucher to work?

Unfortunately The seasonal vouchers are bugged as mentioned in here by some random guy: Don't craft seasonal vouchers ... They are being fixed dont worry and you can create a bug report Here There is low chance of the items being refunded. Also you can make a ticket in the Discord Server
