It's not it's not mentioned in the Rules and it's the responsibility of Pika Developers.

It’s covered under the Exploiting rule. Although it is the responsibility of the developers to fix bugs, abusing them before they’re fixed would still be your fault

I dont think you have reaper rank or kingpin, you still can do it I think as _Techno_Flame_ banned a guy who did it like 20 days ago.
