With some new features to make it even more exciting, quality of life changes and much more.

Changelog​

​

The most important features/modifications implemented towards this season's map and functions are the following.​

​

New! Spawn​

A season means a brand new spawn, this time we have decided to go with a Space theme for the spawn.​

​

Are you looking for some help? There are plenty of NPCs explaining all the features.​

A new seasonal crate has been added again.​

New! Warzone​

With a season of going back to the basics, we can't leave behind the warzone.​

For this season a brand new Warzone has also been added, to match the spawns theme this Warzone will also be in a Space theme.​

​

The Warzone will contain the following features:​

• KOTH
• Outpost
• Supply Crates

This isn’t just a warzone, it’s a place built for chaos, strategy, and endless fights.​

​

New! Login Streak​

Introducing Login Streaks, a new way to earn extra rewards just by playing daily! Every time you join the gamemode on consecutive days, your login streak will grow.​

The more days you log in without missing, the higher your streak becomes, and with it, the better the rewards you can earn. ​

​

It’s simple: log in every day, keep your streak alive, and claim bigger and better bonuses as a thank-you for your loyalty. ​

Don’t miss a day, your streak resets if you skip!​

​

New! Passive Mode​

Passive mode has been added to the Minesworld.​

​

/passive Command​

You can now use /passive in the Minesworld to enable passive mode for 3 hours. After it ends, the command goes on an 18 hour cooldown.​

This allows players to grind more safely for a limited time while keeping PvP balance intact.​

​

New! Island Missions​

New island missions have been added to OpSkyBlock.​

​

More Mission Variety​

You can now complete island missions focused on mining, farming, and PvP. ​

These new missions give players more ways to progress and reward different playstyles throughout the season.​

​

This update makes island progression more engaging and gives everyone new goals to work towards.​

​

​

New! Minion Boosters​

Minion Boosters have been added back to the game.​

​

Available at Mine Traders​

You can now find Minion Boosters at the traders in the mines. ​

These boosters help improve minion performance and make mining progression more rewarding once again.​

​

​

​

Updated! Levels​

The level system has been updated to make progression less repetitive and more enjoyable, while keeping the maximum level at 100.​

​

New Objectives​

Levels now include new and more varied objectives.​

This reduces repetition and makes leveling feel more engaging throughout the season.​

​

Rebalanced Rewards​

Level rewards have been switched around to better match progression.​

Rewards now feel more consistent and rewarding as you move toward higher levels.​

​

Less Kill Task Dependency​

The amount of players required to kill for certain level tasks has been reduced.​

Some kill player objectives have also been removed to make progression more accessible for all playstyles.​

​

Updated! Mob Experience​

Mob experience has been adjusted for better balance.​

​

EXP Nerf​

Mob EXP has been nerfed by 25%.​

This helps keep leveling balanced and prevents mob grinding from being too strong compared to other progression methods.​

​

Updated! Spawner Limit​

The spawner limit has been updated to improve balance.​

​

Lower Spawner Cap​

The spawner limit has been reduced from 450,000 to 250,000. This means players now have to choose more carefully which spawners to use.​

This change encourages more strategic decisions and helps keep spawner setups balanced throughout the season.​

Updated! Boss Rewards​

Boss rewards have been reworked to better support progression and leveling.​

​

New Boss Drop System​

The Boss Lootbag has been removed and replaced with 3 unique drops per boss. Each boss now drops:​

• 1 Common drop
• 1 Rare drop
• 1 Legendary drop

These drops are used in the level system, making boss fights more meaningful and better connected to progression. This change gives bosses clearer rewards and makes grinding them more rewarding throughout the season.​

Updated! Blackmarket Shop​

The Blackmarket shop has been updated with new items.​

​

Special Sets Added​

Some of the special sets have been added to the Blackmarket shop. ​

This gives players new opportunities to obtain powerful gear through the Blackmarket.​

Updated! Island Points​

Island Points have been rebalanced to better reflect effort and risk.​

​

Boss & KOTH Points​

Boss kill points have been nerfed from 7.5K to 1K to reduce their impact.
KOTH points have been buffed from 3K to 7.5K, making PvP events more rewarding for island progression.​

​

Ore Point Adjustments​

Several ores and their compact variants now give more Island Points to better match their grind value.​

• Opal and Compact Opal have been increased from 22 to 30.
• Jade and Compact Jade have been increased from 15 to 20.
• Aquamarine and Compact Aquamarine have been increased from 10 to 14.
• Ruby and Compact Ruby have been increased from 6 to 10.
• Sapphire and Compact Sapphire have been increased from 4 to 6.
• Topaz and Compact Topaz have been increased from 3 to 4.

Updated! Mines PvP​

PvP in the mines has been adjusted based on community feedback.​

​

No Inventory Drops​

Inventory dropping has been removed from the mines. This reduces the punishment of dying while mining and makes progression less frustrating.​

​

PvP Limited to Final Mines​

PvP in the mines is now limited to the final 2 mines only. This keeps PvP present for players who want it, while making the rest of the mines safer to grind in.​

​

We received mixed feedback about PvP in the mines and OpSkyBlock feeling too PvP focused. ​

These changes tune PvP down while keeping competitive options available for those who enjoy them.​

Updated! KOTH Loot​

KOTH loot has received a major overhaul.​

​

PvP Focused Rewards​

With PvP being removed from most mines, we still want to give PvP focused players something meaningful to grind for. KOTH now fills that role.​

​

Improved Lootbags​

The new KOTH loot is given through a high value lootbag with much better rewards. ​

This makes KOTH worth fighting for and turns it into more than just a way to earn island points.​

Fixed! Bugs​

​

We’ve put in a lot of work to polish and fix as many bugs as possible on the OpSkyBlock server.​

We carefully reviewed all reported issues and successfully fixed them.​

​

If you find any bugs with the new release, please report them in the bug reports section on our forums.​

​

You can earn Gold by reporting bugs! We appreciate everyone who takes the time to report issues, so we’re giving back to you. ​

Misc. Updates & Changes​

​

Multiple small changes have been made, some of these small changes are the following:​

• Added a new seasonal crate.
• Performance improvements.
• Updated the Anti Cheat.
• The Winter Mine has been removed.
• Snowman spawner is now back to its original value.
  
  • It was only increased for the Winter season.
• Added option to disable auto-compact in backpacks.
• Starter Chest on Island has been massively improved.
  
  • This will help with new players getting started.
• Custom Crops will now be unlocked at certain player levels.
• Removed Beheading Rune.
• Rebalanced some of the existing runes.
  
  • We also made sure all of the runes work properly now.
• Added a new rune tier that you can only obtain from Bosses.
• Some runes have been moved in tiers.
• ...and much more.

• All items in your inventory and enderchest
• Any currencies such as money and exp
