Worst Staff in whole minecraft community

This server has literally the worst staff which can ban anyone for any reason
and then takes 10 days to reply in forums and then deny all the appeals and even ignore ppl with bad/no ranks
Best Server with the worst possible staff

Hello!

I understand your moderation concerns. However, they are fundamentally incorrect or misguided.

We get hundreds of appeals every day, so it's impossible to reply to everything instantly. That being said, our response time is usually under one day. Your most recent appeal was handled in under an hour and was denied for a valid reason (which you can see yourself). Our ban reasons are, in 99% of cases, according to our rules which you can find HERE.

Staff are not allowed to (purposely) ignore players. Considering how large our network is, it is impossible to always respond to everyone, but we try our best. Whether someone has a rank or not has no impact on whether we will help them. Support tickets are always open to all players and are the best way to ask for help. They can be opened HERE.
