Suggestion:
Update the Rule - Discrimination

Detailed description:
I believe the rule 'Discrimination' should have harsher punishments , currently if you say the n-word in chat its just a warn (on 1st offense) and for me that's just wrong.

I'd like to suggest that 'Discrimination' has the same punishment tree as more serious chat offenses like (Encouraging suicide/Negative use of diseases) which would be :

1 Week IP-Ban

3 Weeks IP-Ban

Permanent IP-Ban

Reason(s):
Well in my opinion and others may feel differently saying discriminating stuff such as 'n-word' or 'burn the (insert religion)' is considerably more offensive than someone telling me to 'kill my self' or that I have 'insert disease'.

And yet the punishments for those offenses are significantly more , therefore in order to reflect the seriousness of discrimination I just believe the punishments need to be changed to that level.

-1, the current punishment tree is very strict even leading towards the worst punishment (Perm-Ipban). We shouldn't encourage discrimination but we also shouldn't treat the community like they are 12 years old. When it comes to Discrimination Pika has one of the most severe punishment tree's hence why it shouldn't be changed.
Then again, sadly people are acting like that sometimes. I get that the punishment tree ends in a big punishment but by making the 1st offense such a low punishment you are basically allowing people and smile at them while saying, 'Ai man, that can happen, please don't say anything racist again.' In my eyes, this makes no sense at all.

My problem is and this is just my opinion , if you call someone the 'n-word' you can get away with it by just getting a warn whereas if you say to someone 'kys' you get a 1 week ip-ban , for me this doesn't make sense. I think saying the 'n-word' is considerably worse. Given the current world situation I honestly think Discrimination needs to not be tolerated at all , it needs to be straight to ban not a warn.

This is my point , I don't want there to be a warn for this at all , it needs to be instantly banned (ofc not permanent) , but ppl can get away with this too easily currently.

I disagree with this, saying, "Burn all -insert race, religion, etc here-" or whatever it is, I'd say is as bad as kys, but just saying a sexual, racial, or whatever slur such as the n word is not saying to burn all of they or to literally kill yourself, it is bad, but not that bad.

I think saying kill all (something) should be the same punishment tree as kys, and then for just saying the GG word or the n word, could be like a 3d mute, 1d ban, 7d ban, 3w ban, perm ban along with a perm mute

I think it would too complicated dividing up different levels of discrimination

Saying the 'n-word' should be heavily discouraged given the current global situation so I honestly do think the punishment needs to be adjusted

And as I said its my opinion but if someone called me a 'n-word' or said to me 'kys' i'd be way more upset by the first comment

I don't see how it's that complicated. Just have two rules, "Saying a discriminatory word or slur," and targetting a particular race, religion, culture, etc

People who have an issue with being called a nigger, faggot, zipperhead, etc. have an identity issue. I'm not saying that people shouldn't feel offended, it's just that everyone is like a snowflake nowadays. What is a slur anyway? A word that held a prejudiced definition back in the day? A white person is white, or a cracker, both are true. But what, 1 words offends you more because its spelt differently? Please, every sort of person has been enslaved at one point, not just black people. Instead of severely punishing the one that says it, we should teach people to not be so sensitive, but all of you are following a rhetoric that falls under the category of "please be nice" because you'd rather play the victim. I'm bisexual and I genuinely have no issue with being called a faggot, because that's exactly what I am, it's just a different word for it. Of course, I understand, it's a kids game and you gotta do what you gotta do, you dont want to end up like 2b2t, but please, grow thick skin.

I'm sorry I really have a big problem with you saying this , I'd find it incredibly hurtful if someone called me the 'n-word' and this may just be a cultural thing but if you called someone that irl , you'd be in serious trouble. I can't believe your dismisisng this as 'people should grow a thick skin' . Given the current global situation with racism this is a really inconsiderate thing to say , smh.

I understand what you're saying but you're missing my point. If you'll have an emotional reaction to everything that's said to you, you won't have an easy time in life. In fact, you'll be giving the other person the favour that they wanted, YOUR reaction. And you'll sad because you're offended by what, a word? If you're going to show off your weakness that easily then the problem lays with you, not the other person. Telling someone to kill themselves is a different story, because you're encouraging at action that's harmful to the person life, but calling someone a nigger or a faggot? That's just "hurting your feelings" booo hooo

Using your logic then we also shouldn't punish for any chat offenses , so if someone swears or tells somneone to 'kys' or that they have cancer etc..
