Uh (Staff/Owner) Do You Still Remember Normal Factions?

I just want to know why Normal Factions does not recieve a reset, whereas all the other gamemode recieve at least 2 reset per year. There is still players that have ranks in the gamemode that plays there. Other players always say how Normal Factions is bad because no one is playing, that is mostly due to owner does not reset/care about the gamemode enough compare to other gamemode. Looking at this on equal terms, why would someone buy rank or even look at a gamemode if it rarely resets or active. Espeically gamemodes like factions that only exist for 1-2 months of season. Comparing this to OpFactions, which reset right off the bat when the season ended 1-2 weeks later, logically people would more likely go to OpFactions since the items that they bought be would much pratically to be in use compare to Normal Factions. Lastly, If owners still see Normal Factions as a gamemode that exist on pika, neither reset it or delete the gamemode and gives us refund for the ranks we put in so we then we do not need to wait and migrate to another server/gamemode.

The server is becoming OP factions only, the factions are p2w only.

isn't every server 'p2w' in some way since any kits/rank given gives some amount of boost compared to others. For example, the donator item in opfac can easily penetrate champion armor. So isn't opfac also considered p2w

I already said above about how Normal Factions does not receive as much reset compare to other gamemode due to staff. So not a lot of people have items bought in that gamemode to stay and play. If OpFac were to be the same situation as Normal Faction in resetting once a year I doubt anyone would buy any ranks or keys there since there would not be much purposes.

How can you say when its gonna die? You should be happy that players still wanna play there and support them...And like @WeAreFamily said it wouldnt be dead server if staffs could just pay more attention to it, like to other gamemodes.

Last reset had 50 players. After few hours that number decreased to like 10 or 15. Also staffs aren't developers meaning that they don't make updates.

Ik they aren't but still they didnt care. And reason why players didnt play was faction fritou who had 20 active players and no one could so sh**.

Every server is p2w, but factions is mostly, because you can get like nothing on it without ranks, and gkits it's really hard, and people just use xray to get money.

The reason ur saying that is because (my guess) got too comfortable with getting the p5+ armor kits straight from the server which prevents 1 shot. Normal Factions consist more of grinding or gathering resources. If u don't grind of course u would not be as strong compared to other players. For example, the faction fritou that appeared on this map didn't have anything in terms of rank or gkit. The only reason they became stronger is that they were active and raiding which caused them to slowly dominate the other factions in the gamemode. Overall, it's the amount of effort that is being put into the gamemode that will make what u get within the game. Even those non-donator armor (Champion and below) need to gain from depositing large amounts of money to unlock (From a non-donator perspective). Of course, if u just rely on someone that is rich in the very beginning to unlock those kits then nvm (no effort being put in). And what does xray have to do with the gamemode, people can hack on opfac too.

If they reset it like they do opfac, plaayers would play there permanently but now its only 1 reset per year.. And just i know 50 players whos cant wait for new season of facs so i think theres gonna be more players then u expect.

Yes, just to add on top of what @buttsack said, the only reason ur giving out that type of conclusion is based upon the situation that Normal Factions is in now compare to OpFactions. This is not a valid way to give out the result in how bad Normal Factions can be since both Factions servers didn't gain the same amount of treatment. In addition, that faction dominated because they were active and played a lot if more players were to join the server, the domination of one faction would not occur that easily since there would be more competition. To make this happen more reset is needed.

I think it's because Normal Factions doesn't do as good as OP Factions. On reset, Factions gets alot of members but they all go away after a few days whereas OPFactions has a consistent high player count.

I think it's because Normal Factions doesn't do as good as OP Factions. On reset, Factions gets alot of members but they all go away after a few days whereas OPFactions has a consistent high player count.
But the main problem between the two Faction servers is the amount of reset each gamemode receives. Normal factions do not receive a constant reset like OPFactions. So of course, fewer players would come and play. Most of those players that joined the server are new players. Since they are new to this (one reset per year) server, they do not know what to do as a first step. On top of that, they do not have anything on the server (rank or perks), so they do not have anything that causes them to linger. The only players that stayed in Normal Factions afterward are mostly donators. And these symptoms also appear in OPFactions because most of the player that is playing on the server have somewhat of a rank, and that non-donator joined those donators' faction. So in order for Normal Factions to gain more players to play, a constant reset is needed. If you look at OPFactions now, there isn't a lot of player on too compare to the time season was on because the F-top competition is over.

Overall. if u were to open a new server, u should not have the expectation that there will be a ton of players. Instead, a small amount plays. The reason for that is they don't know about the server, and they (as @DanielT_ said) don't have any perks which would make their gaming experience easier.

Noone give fk about normal faction meybe 5-10 players want reset but thets waste of time even if it reset there not gona be more then 10 players online
these 5-10 players just want reset -the world they dont rly care for updates

Owners ran a poll, tons of minigame players voted for factions reset (around 500 votes), when Factions did reset it had less than 60 players. Few days into the season there were times when it had less than 20 (Keep in mind they did have payouts, which prooved that Factions for the owners wasn't profitable, therefore we get more freuqent OPFaction reset)
When OPFactions resets 150+ players log on and the playerbase stays the same pretty much.

But we are to compare between OpFac and Normal Facs only base upon if they recieved the same treatment like i said previously (P.S: Comment 16). As the treatment between the two gamemode is extremely unbalanced, with OpFac resets once every 1-3 Months compare to Normal Facs resets 1 - 1.5 Years u cant really give out a conclusion saying OpFac is better than Normal Facs. But just to admit right now it is, because of how much time the staff put into OpFac compare to Normal Facs.

The time span of the recent reset to now is almost 1 year ago, and the reset that was before it was also about 1 year ago. U can search for when the gamemode recieved a reset in the Home page as u scroll down. Overall, 1 reset per year from that route of that it seems
