These days there are so many threads where they as one question when! When! When?
There appeal or bug report or support ticket will be reviewed.
So I am making a list telling which report take how much time to be reviewed.

So I am making a list telling which report take how much time to be reviewed.
There are multiple reports plateform to make player gaming experience better on PikaNetwork which are:
- Punishment Appeals
- Player Reports
- Bug Reports
There are three situations of your player reports or support tickets in PikaNetwork fourms:
- Pending: This means your report or appeal hasn't been seen till now by any staff member it may take more time.
- Scanned: This means your report or appeal has been seen by staff member and it is under review soon staff member will reply you.
- Escalated: This means your report or appeal has been seen my lower ranked staff members ( Trials to Admins) and it is transferred to review by higher rank staff member (manager of PikaNetwork @Arrly )
In only support tickets:
- Closed: Your query has been solved so staff member has closed the ticket now you no longer able to reply you can see the conversation in Support Ticket Archive.
- Denied: Your Player Report or Punishment appeal has been deemed invalid.
In Bug reports it is different:
- Unassigned: Your report hasn't been seen by developers but soon it will be seen.
- Assigned: Your report has been got to know by developers and soon they will fix it.
- In Review: Developers are testing that bug has been solved or not by
- Fixed: Your Bug has been fixed and you will receive Gold Reward! (35 Gold to 200 Gold depends upon Bug)
- Invalid: Your Bug report is not been considered any sort of bug and it is considered invalid
Time to Taken to Review all These Things
Every single Report has there specific structure to review it.
Punishment Appeal (Except VPN Appeal)
There are two situations in Appeals:
- If @OriKaneko is Online: Your appeal will be seen under 5 mins and it will be Accepted, Denied, Scanned or escalated depends upon the situation.
- If ORIKANIKO is not online : Your appeal (just to be seen) may take from 30 minutes - 10 hours
- Note- It is not necessary that every appeal is accepted or denied the moment it has been seen it maybe go to "scanned" or "escalated"
VPN Appeal
VPN appeal are handled by Anti-VPN staff members there are only two as for now @CreeperDxD and @_Luanne
These appeals take so much time to be reviewed from 2 days - 10 days depends upon how actively staff members reviewing it.
- If you get denied to get VPN access re-apeal after 1 month.
- If you get denied you may ask the reason why you get denied by making support ticket.
Support Ticket
- If @OriKaneko is online then under 5 mins.
- If ORIKANIKO is not online then it may take from 30 mins to 10 hours depends upon how many staff member is online.
Bug Reports
- But reports time is dependent upon when reset is coming or when new ssn started if you reported bug it will be reviewed when next reset is coming .
- If you reported any bug of fourms, discord, BedWars or practice it may take month's around 70-90 days. If devlopers have less work load at that moment it will be reviewed soon.
- So no need to ask devlopers again and again to review your bug reports.
Escalated Threads
- Escalated support ticket: it will be reviewed by Arrly it reply here may come from 1 day - 7 days depends upon Arrly workload.
- Escalated Punishment appeals: same here 1 day - 20 days depends upon how much time Arrly can give.
