The Capes (Cloaks) aren't working???

I got 2 cosmetics which both are capes that requires VIP rank.
And so for that i bought VIP rank and tried putting the capes on but it doesn't work????
I tried various methods to find whats wrong but nothing worked.
PLEASEEE HELPP!!!

BTW the names of the capes are ;-

In that case, you might have some settings which make you not able to see particles. If that's not the case, make a bug report here

they are not capes, they are cloaks, which don't function as normal capes or cloaks, they are just particles that Roam around you in the lobby, in case that was your confusion.
I was bamboozled by this too dw.
