The issue isn't just about whether someone is legitimately drag clicking or using an autoclicker. If you drag click 20+ CPS consistently, the server's anticheat is going to flag those packets as an unnatural stream of inputs and cancel the block placements. It doesn't matter if you have a Model O; if your CPS spikes too high too fast, the server will eat your blocks.
