Stuck in a block :/

Hey guys,

Yesterday i went mining and a block glitched and didn't break and was invisible. I'm now stuck in that block and every time i join it kicks me so i can't do anything. Is it possible for someone to teleport me back to spawn?
I would really love it if someone could. Btw my ign is LesBlockdu16
