Strategy to 4v4 bedwars ?

I've been playing bedwars a lot but there hasn`t been a win-win strategy , like do we first try to gett full obi like grinding 8 ems for that , or do we rush with the eggs ?? , like there are en no. of strategies in bedwars depending on ur teammates n opponents . I wanna know like if the teammates are descent and know we don't def the bed with pure wool, what would be the best start and Strat to win the game in a 4v4 bedwars ?

Obi if you are in a party and eggs and pots if you are solo in q
eggs and pots dont mean you have to rush like you can use them for clutches as well
dia armor is another great choice while I think pearls are a bad idea
