Specify the odds of the loots from keys

So the vote crate keys give us a lot of loots. But the odds aren't very specific like in other gamemodes like practice for example. There are stars which define the rarity, but it isn't the most helpful or informative.
I would say this is gamebreaking or anything but just a small little change wouldn't hurt.
