Yes, and i cant pick them with slik touch

Only donators can pick up spawners with silk touch. Creeper eggs and tnt have a 50% chance of dropping spawner if u blow it up

I think its like this to reduce lag. (I have no clue as i don't play OP Facs or Facs) Since i have heard people AFKing by them and Mobs Stacking? This is what i've heard so Idk.

I think its only for ig's and i think i'ts not working for blazes and stuff

yeah my fac on opfacs 2 named Winston and we had over 1 stock of Igs and it gave us 23 iron not stacks but on cosmicpvp if u have like 2 igs u get like 3-4 dubs of iron in like 5 minits

The mob stacking problem was rly weird so the idea to slow down spawnrates is not a bad idea i guess.
That the grinder are not working is a negative side effect, but still it improves the game experience of most players (especially younger player without highend or average pc specifications).
