Should i apply for staff??

Ok so, i have applied on here around 5 months ago and got denied because i didnt have 30 forum posts. But i do now, and to be honest i have played for 3 years and im pretty sure i only have 1 warning in my history which i got 2 years ago.i meet all the requirements but i am septical about me applying. Should i?
