Samurai Once Kit + Claim Blocks

Good day, I recently got my samurai rank (yesterday) and earlier I finally claimed my Samurai Once kit, I received my crates keys but the 5k claim block isn't working. Also, upon using the unique crate keys from the once kit, I got another 5k claim block—which also doesn't work.

I disregarded the multiple times my 100-500 claim blocks don't work, but this time, 10k claim blocks are too valuable to lose. I hope the staff can help me with this, thank you.

PS: I still have my two 5,000 claim blocks in my /pv

I also claimed a 10k claimblock from my Warlock once kit and havent been able to use my 10k bonus blocks, when im at spawn it says i have over 10k claimblocks available, but when i go to claim a plot of land it says i dont have any bonus claim blocks and only the ones earned from play.

Claims blocks are currently disabled in survival, so once they are enabled again your available claim blocks should work fine.
