That is true, but that's not the problem. The problem lays with the person paying for the rank and then possibly doing a chargeback. This will result in the player who bought the rank having no rank and the person who sold it being banned; thus you lose your items in the process.

How could what happen? Someone could easily dispute the payment with PayPal. Not saying that always is the case, but since the risk is there we don't allow it.

If someone gets scammed like that, who would be able to help? No one because we don't allow it. So it's better to just make a rule that disallows it than to deal with the drama that could possibly occur.

I think he's referring to what happened before to Boris Era. People selling ranks everywhere because they find Pika boring. The issue here is we had a lot of scam like the real owner tends to reset password as "They have the real proof of ownership" and its real money scam. There were also several issues of chargebacks which is not good for the players.
